I usually booked the hotel based on the rating given by others here also booked as like that when after came here mosquito issue in room restaurant is not as big food is also not impressive

Though they claim that it is a four star hotel, it doesn't look like that. We had a bad experience with water-logging in the bathroom, noisy air-conditioning blower and mosquito inside the room which disturbed our sleep. They provided only three half litre water bottles in the room, and we had to purchase water from them.

It was wonderful experience with cochin palace hotel. Friendly staff, clean room good breakfast, worth for money spent

The room we got the other day was not a value for money. When we see the photo of the room, we think that it is such a nice room, but the room we see in the photo is different. Room can be rated 5 in terms of cleanliness. Often we check rooms it is very safe and there is a loyalty We got two small bottles of water to our room where four of us stayed. When i asked again, i got two small bottles of water. This is a very negative approach. Hotel after hotel has become very stingy even with drinking water. Complimentary break fast is a very sad condition even if it is break fast.
